About the company
A leading Executive Search and recruitment company in Russia and CIS

Key responsibilities:
1. To be active in the Moscow business community: attending various business receptions, events, committee meetings organised by the various Chambers’ of Commerce, Embassies, Business Organisations etc. on a regular basis to actively network for clients.

2. By your own research become knowledgeable about the industries you are chasing contacts in and learn who the top people are, seek them out and establish close working relationships with them.

3. Follow up networking contacts with calls directly afterwards and enter contact details into the client database.

4. Actively cold call potential clients on a daily basis with a view to getting face-to-face meetings

5. To visit potential clients at their offices and deliver the company presentation explaining the services, terms & conditions. Prepare the tender documentation if/when necessary.


The best candidate is:
*a University graduate with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
*Proactive and knowledgeable about the Moscow corporate environment
*English and Russian fluent
*Presentable,energetic, excellent leadership qualities
*Able to multitask
