1. Ensuring timely and cost effective recruitment.
2. Running the performance management system for Russia & CIS region
3. Employee relation activities in order to maintain motivation levels
4. Maintaining harmonious industrial relations in order to minimize impact on business
5. Policy implementation in line with corporate guidelines
6. Effective cost control

The best candidate is:

  • *a post-graduate qualification preferably in HR with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Human Resources
  • *self starter, energetic with a practical, common sense approach
  • *with thorough understanding of HR processes & systems and exposure to Russian Labor laws
  • *ready to travel
