About the company:

The person on the job:
1. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to enable district to accomplish corporate goals.
2. Personally meets with key clients (surdological ceners of Moscow and Moscow region) to initiate, maintain sales and relationships, assisting in delivering presentations and trainings/educational programms. Keeps and maintains key clients’ data base.
3. Sets and monitors district performance goals to achieve sales forecasts.
4. Directs recruiting, staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and manage regional representatives (in the future)
5. Directs channel development activity and assigns territory to regional representatives to coordinate distribution and sales by establishing goals.
6. Effective cost control
7. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy, direct activities and assist in promoting and training/educating.
8. Coordinates liaison between regional and other departments such as Training, Marketing or Finance
9.Analyzes and controls expenditures of district to conform to budgetary requirements.
10.Prepares periodic activity reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
11. Monitors and evaluates market of hearing aids, promotional activities, trainings/educations and products of competitors.

The best candidate has:

  • *Medical Degree
  • *Good command of English
  • *3+ year experience in sales and key account management. Good knowledge of tactics of key account management
  • *Contacts with opinion leaders, distributors, and governmental authorities are plus. Practical sales experience in the field of hearing aids is a plus.
  • *Driving license, excellent selling and communication skills, PC as a professional user, data base keeping experience.
