Basic Requirements
- 5+ years of Channel Management experience operating in Russian & CIS with a proven track record of effective Partner recruitment, management and consistent over quota achievement.
- Able to demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen.
- Higher level of education, preferably to Bachelors/Masters degree level
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Experience in interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Flexible approach to work without a ‘9 to 5’ mentality,
- Familiar with working in an international environment.
- Superior written, communication and presentation skills in English Language
- Superior written, communication and presentation skills in Russian Language
- Results-driven and passionate about everything they do
- Willing to travel substantially within Russia & CIS
Preferred Requirements
- 10+ years of Channel Management experience operating in Russia & CIS with a proven track record of effective Partner recruitment, management and consistent over quota achievement.
- Significant experience coupled with a very strong track record of new Channel Partner recruitment and the development of a sustainable/repeatable Channel business focused operation in Russia & CIS, for a leading IT vendor would be very desirable.
- Further proficiency in other applicable languages would be a distinct advantage.
