Operations Director

The best candidate is:

• • University educated in engineering at a master’s level.
• • Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior managing role, with the responsibilities of producing, purchasing, inventory control and production control.
• • Prior experience which demonstrates progressive increases in operations responsibilities.
• • Demonstrated and proven ability to effectively manage all available resources to achieve planned results.
• • The incumbent requires managerial abilities, both to organize and direct the functions under his/her control and, as a member of the Division’s Executive Staff, to guide and implement the Companies strategic plans.
• • Requires the ability to direct and develop personnel under his/her supervision
• • Requires the ability to communicate effectively with and persuade employees at all levels in the organization.
• • Comprehensive knowledge of government regulations/code compliance
• • English language preferred.
