Key Account Manager, Eastern Europe

Our client is looking for an Account Manager based in Belgrade, Serbia responsible for Russia and CIS Countries as part of the EMEA Commercial Team.

The successful candidate will effectively manage the commercial & technical relationships in the assigned territory to deliver the streched sales & profitability targets. He will handle the current direct customers & distribution network in the region while identifying the potential and the value chain in the Textile, Tape, Label, Packaging producers.

The successful candidate should possess high levels of initiative, must be able to operate independently but also be a strong team player, and be able to thrive in an environment where all business rules and activities are not well defined but have to be developed as knowledge of the customers needs and markets develops.

Bias for action is a key attribute of the job as the successful candidate will be expected to develop account plans and lead and/or participate on account teams both regionally and globally. Managing multiple product offerings to a variety of customers in the above segments. Helping to find opportunities for technical teammates to explore and deliver on will be critical.

This role will report to the Regional Commercial Manager, EMEA
