About the company:
- *Federal chain of casual dining restaurants that is rapidly increasing its presence around Russia.
Key responsibilities on the job:
- *Management and Financial Reporting to shareholders, P&L, CFS, BS and other necessary forms;
- *Leading role in budget preparation, development of financial model of the company;
- *Identification of opportunities for savings, supplier analysis, cost control incl. tendering and benchmarking;
- *Advisory role to other departments in terms of pricing, supply chain management, streamlining of business processes, business development, risk management and financial analysis to support other functions;
- *Optimization and development of finance department itself;
- *Negotiation with banks;
- *Operational control over treasury and cash flow management;
- *Participation in Board of Directors.
The best candidate is:
- *At least 6 years of finance experience including:
- *At least 3 years in finance function in real sector;
- *At least 3 years in consulting or big4 or recognized Western company;
- *At least 2 years of experience as CFO or chief of budgeting group;
- *Experience in restaurant industry is a plus;
- *IFRS knowledge is a plus;
- *ACCA/CIMA/CMA, DipIFR qualification is a plus;
- *Analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, result oriented.
