The person on the job:

1. Develops strong client relations
2. Leveraging industry experience and research to develop a cohesive sales and customer engagement strategy and a compelling offering for the Russian market
3. Identifies new business opportunities and writes proposals
4. Strategist and project leader to deliver operational strategies for leading financial services companies, including leading teams, gathering and analyzing data and creating deliverables
5. Deliver consulting engagements to Financial Services customers
6. Developing presentations and materials to support sales and consulting engagements
7. Supporting sales calls and consulting engagements
8. Defining or improving industry-specific consulting services
9. Briefing press and industry analysts on the company's capabilities as it relates to Financial Services
10. Working with the company's partnership organization to develop relationships with key partners in support of the go to market approach

The best candidate has:

  • * 5 + years of experience in the Financial Services (preferably retail banking) area with one or more of the following skills: - Experience in risk managment - Experience in financial management - Experience in customer and consumer management and insight in a Financial Services environment - Consulting experience with a major firm & a breadth of experience across multiple engagement - Working knowledge of business financials & key business performance indicators
  • * Strong project management capabilities, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • * Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly and accurately assess new situations and identify potential approaches and/or solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
  • * Strong presentation skills
  • * Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-starter and self-motivated
  • * Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is required
