Description: 

Key responsibilities on the job:

  • *Providing secretarial and administrative support to a group of lawyers:
  • *typing amendments
  • *formatting and processing legal documents
  • *drafting presentations
  • *phone calls handling
  • *scanning, copying and binding
  • *arranging for notarisations and external translations
  • *internal mail distribution
  • *personal assistance
  • *occasional replacement of reception secretaries which includes phone calls handling, greeting clients, taxi orders, office drivers coordination, clearing and checking meeting rooms after meetings etc.

The best candidate is:

  • *English and Russian fluent
  • *higher education (linguistics preferably)
  • *with at least 2 years of working experience as a secretary or PA (experience with ILF is a plus)
  • *Latin/Cyrillic touch-typing (150 c/m)
  • *computer proficient(MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • *with ability to work under pressure
